Pre-Order Incentive
Girls who sell 106+ boxes of cookies on their initial order will earn a Star Performer Pin in addition to other incentives.

500+ Club
Girl selling 500 or more boxes of cookies become a member of the 500+ Club for 2008.  These girls will be recognized for their achievement with a cookie theme sweatshirt imprinted with a 500 Plus Club logo and  year, a 500+ bar,  certificate, have a special display highlighting their accomplishments in the Service Centers lobbies. In addition, they will be recognized in The Wave newsletter.

Cookie Credits!
Girls can chose incentives (back of order card) or Cookie Credits.
A girl can earn $.06 in cookie credits per box of cookies instead of incentives; if she sells 106 or more boxes she can earn $.15 in cookie credits per box.  Cookie Credits can be used for any Council sponsored activity (trips, day camp, etc), or Council store purchases.

Wider Op Credits!
Girls who are registered in a Teen Troop and who have expressed a commitment to a Council Sponsored Wider Opportunity, be it national or international, or a GSUSA destination have the opportunity to earn a higher commission.  Trips must cost over $750.00.  With the exception of GSUSA destinations & Annapolis Sailing, girls will have a maximum of two years to receive the higher commission for a particular trip.  If a girl backs out of a trip the commission is not transferable to another trip, but may be designated to another girl going on the trip, or to the Carol Kubida Fund, which provides financial assistance to older girls looking to participate in Council Sponsored Wider Op.  After the first 50 boxes of cookies the girl receives $1.50 per box.  The commission is credited towards her chosen trip. The girl forfeits all other incentives except patches.   The first 50 boxes will go toward the troop’s commission ($.60 per box).

Troop Incentives
Based on average boxes sold per girl registered in the troop
1-89 box average = $.60 per box
90-105 box average = $.65 per box
106+ box average = $.75 per box

Troop Cookie Dough
Troop Cookie Dough can be used for Council Sponsored Programs and in the Council’s shops.
If a troop averages 90 boxes per registered girl, the troop will receive $2.00 in cookie dough per girl.
If a troop averages 125 boxes per registered girl, the troop will receive $4.00 in cookie dough per girl.

Service Unit Incentive
Service Units will earn $.02 for every box of cookies sold in their Service Unit.
