Volunteers seeking certification in First Aid may take advantage of courses offered through Jersey Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross, National Safety Council, Emergency Medical Planning, or other equivalent council approved courses. Community First Aid & Safety is an eight - nine hour course offered in three nights or in one day. Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore recertification courses apply only to American Red Cross certifications. We do not provide recertification for other certifying agencies.

Re-certification candidates must submit a copy of their current certification.
